The Higher Education Commission (HEC) established HEC Scholarships 2024 for undergraduate education in all fields under the “Providing Higher Education Opportunities to Students of Balochistan and FATA (Phase-III Batch-III)” programme. are The goal of this program is to provide education to youngsters in Balochistan and the former FATA territories.

Eligibility Criteria for HEC Undergraduate Scholarships 2024
Eligibility Requirements:
Candidates must have local certificate or domicile of FATA or Balochistan. They should have completed 12 years of education and secured minimum 60% in FA/FSc/ICom/ICS/DAE or equivalent qualification. Upper age limit is 22 years as per last date of application. Applicants must possess the required academic qualifications by the last date. It is important to note that students already receiving any other HEC or government scholarship are not eligible to apply.
Scholarship Coverage:
The scholarship covers related expenses including average annual or semester tuition fees and hostel fees. Additionally, a monthly stipend of Rs. Rs 6,000 per annum is provided along with book allowance for accommodation expenses. 5,000, which adds up to Rs. 500 per year. Students also get a one-time settlement stipend of Rs. 5,000 and Annual Traveling Allowance of Rs. 10,000 throughout the study period
How to Apply for HEC Scholarships 2024
Complete online application at HEC portal www.hec.gov.pk/site/bf3.
There is no need to submit hard copies of your documents at this stage.
Pay PKR 500 application fee through 1Link 1Bill using eligible banks, ATMs, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Upaisa.
After paying the fee, click on “Confirm Online Payment” on the application form to confirm the transaction.
Make sure all required information is filled in, as incomplete applications will not be accepted.

The last date to submit your application is 7 October 2024.

Test fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any queries or complaints should be resolved before the online registration portal is closed.
HEC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the scholarship process at any time without any explanation.
