Step to Download MDCAT Admit card 2024
Students will receive their MDCAT roll number slips from PMDC. To obtain your slip, take the following actions:
- Visit the PMDC’s official website.
- Find the MDCAT Roll Number Slip 2024 link.
- Enter the registration details (such as a CNIC or application number).
- Download and print the exam date slip.

- Visit www.uhs.edu.pk.
- Click “MDCAT 2024 Admit Card”.
- On the next page, please enter your full name.
- Please enter the last four digits of your CNIC/B-Form/(without the dashes).
- After selecting your preferred search option, print the entrance card on plain white A4 paper.
Instructions for MDCAT Test 2024
Download Admit Card:
All candidates of Punjab can download their MDCAT admit card from official website www.uhs.edu.pk from September 2024 onwards. To access your card, simply enter your full name with the last four digits of your CNIC, passport, or B. – Form Make sure you print the card on plain white A4 size paper for official use.
Temporary release:
Please note that the admit card is issued provisionally, pending fulfillment of all eligibility requirements.
Test Day Instructions:
Make sure to appear at your designated exam center on the date and time mentioned on your admit card. No change in exam center or time will be allowed, so plan accordingly.
